This service is being offered by the following companies Patient Billing Solutions, MedDraft and MNet Financial, Inc. ("THE COMPANIES”). Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully. By using this service, or permitting any other person or other entity to use this service on your behalf, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and will be bound by the terms thereof, as they may be modified by us from time to time, as posted on this web site. When such a modification is made, we will post a revised version of the terms and conditions on this web site. Changes will be effective when they are posted. We are not required to provide you with notification that any such change has been made. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions from time to time to be aware of any such change. Your continued use of the service will indicate your agreement to any such change. We reserve the right to add to, remove, change or terminate access to any of the content or functions of the service without giving specific notice to you. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you may not use this service. Access to this service is restricted to authorized users who have accepted these terms and conditions. Access or attempted access by unauthorized individuals may be subject to prosecution. Any use of the service is at the sole risk of the user.

Payment

This online payment processing is designed for single transactions. If you desire to set up multiple transactions please contact us Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Central time to discuss available options.

Payment By Check

When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction.

If your payment is returned unpaid, you authorize THE COMPANIES, to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account to collect a fee. The fee will be $25 or the maximum allowed by state law.

Payment By Credit or Debit Card

When you provide a credit card or debit card as payment, you authorize us to use the information provided to make a one-time charge or debit entry from your account.

No Fee

There is no fee charged by THE COMPANIES to use this service to make a payment online.

Text Message Authorization

By providing a mobile phone number you agree and expressly consent to being contacted by THE COMPANIES, through the mobile phone number provided.

Email Authorization

By providing an email address you agree and expressly consent to being contacted by THE COMPANIES, through the email address provided.

Automatic Telephone Dialing

By accepting these terms and conditions you agree and expressly consent to being contacted by THE COMPANIES through the use of an automatic telephone dialing system to receive autodialed and prerecorded calls to any applicable wireless telephone number.

Telephone Monitoring and Recording

We may listen to and record your telephone calls with us. By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that we monitor and record telephone conversations whether you or we initiate the telephone call.

Errors and Unauthorized Transactions

Tell us immediately if you believe that an unauthorized transaction has been or may be conducted to or from one of your accounts without your permission. Telephoning is the best way to minimize possible losses. You can:
